Document the Abuse has submitted all required documentation to the IRS to obtain 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and is currently awaiting official approval. While we fully expect to receive tax-exempt status, please note that donations made at this time may not be immediately tax-deductible. Once our status is approved, it will be retroactive to the date of our application, meaning your donation could become tax-deductible retroactively.
