Summit on Domestic Violence

Courts deal with the complex issues associated with domestic violence every day, often overlapping with concerns of orders of protection, procedural fairness, and court safety and security. This collaborative experience will provide the opportunity to network with other stakeholders to identify barriers for court users, learn strategies to overcome those barriers utilizing best practices, and gain valuable information on the resources available.
